Refund policy

Return Conditions

Return windows vary by supplier. Some products allow 30 days, others as few as 14 days. Please check the product page or confirm with us before purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. See our Return Policy for more details.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@equipment-outfitters.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. We will send instructions and the proper return address once approved.

Restocking Fee

Most returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we cover return shipping. For all other returns (including buyer’s remorse), customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Shipping Protection

If you purchased Shipping Protection, your order is covered against loss, theft, or freight damage in transit. Without Shipping Protection, we may not be able to cover the full cost of replacement or reshipment. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days after approval, check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@equipment-outfitters.com.

Damages & Issues

Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any visible freight damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading. For concealed damage, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos. This documentation is required for claims.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Email support@equipment-outfitters.com for instructions if you require an exchange.

Address Changes

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Address changes after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.

Chargebacks

Our dedicated team of agents is committed to assisting you and resolving any concerns or issues you may encounter. We have developed our policies with fairness in mind, striving to provide the best possible experience for our valued customers. Given this, any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft.
