Do you offer free returns?
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, including customer remorse, you are responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

If an issue occurs, we handle the claim and send a replacement or refund once verified. How are large items like car lifts delivered?
Most large items ship via LTL freight. Standard delivery is curbside. Drivers are not required to move items indoors. Many oversized items cannot fit on a liftgate due to size or weight. Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
Yes, many products can be picked up directly from a warehouse. Availability varies by supplier and must be confirmed with us before pickup. Do not attempt pickup until you receive written authorization. Pickups must typically be completed within 48–72 hours once ready.
