While Star Industries Fork Extension offers increased versatility, it's crucial to prioritize safety during operation. Here are some key things to remember:

Length Limitations: Ensure the total length of the extension, combined with your forklift's forks, doesn't surpass 150% of the original fork length.
Compatibility: The inside width of the extension should not exceed the width of your forks by more than ½ inch for a secure fit.
Reduced Capacity: Remember that forklift capacity decreases as the load center (center point of the load) moves beyond the standard 2-foot distance from the heel of the forks.
Loading Techniques: Avoid picking up loads with the tip of the extensions. Always center the load on the forks or position it closer to the backstop for stability.
